After graduating with an engineering degree in maintenance engineering in 2000, Hamid Allaoui joined ST-Microelectronics as a manufacturing engineer. He received a Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2004. Since 2017, he has been the director of the Computer and Automation Engineering Laboratory of Artois (LGI2A). His current research covers the design, management and optimization of sustainable supply chains, especially the scheduling and planning of operations. He has published in several international journals and has been involved in several research and industrial projects.
